Summary

This is a sales support role representing the services team for two lines of business (Impact Management and Fundraising & Engagement). Think of yourself as the bridge between Professional Services and Sales, working to support successful sales deals while ensuring accurately scoped services. This role requires you to respond quickly and nimbly to Sales reps, enforce rules set forth by Services, but also think creatively to meet customer needs on their budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create initial draft of all Statement of Work (SOW) documents based on pre-defined template by using details from Sales rep and customer meetings, SOW creator template, hours calculators, and other supporting documents (typical SLA of 2 business days for SOW creation)

  • Intake and respond to contract red-lines from the Sales team and customers as needed (typical SLA of 1 business day for SOW revisions)

  • Join calls with the Sales team to present SOWs, review SOW red-lines, and answer customer questions about services (also loop in technical resources from Services when needed)

  • Take detailed notes on every deal to enable a strong handoff from Sales to Services

  • Lead occasional trainings for Sales teams and maintain active presence among sales reps and leaders

  • Build strong relationships with Enterprise sales reps and Sales management

  • Interface with Certified Implementation Partners who may be scoping their own services projects, and with internal technical teams for scoping details when necessary

  • Other admin tasks as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Sales process knowledge either through a direct sales or sales support role preferred

  • Experience working in a tech environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, such as Word, Excel, Outlook

  • Salesforce experience strongly preferred

Compensation

The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and in addition to benefits this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses/incentives, and equity.

US Base Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000

Please note that the compensation range and benefits specified in this job posting is applicable to candidates based in the United States. For international applicants, actual salary offers and benefit plans may vary based on the local market compensation standards and will be determined in accordance with regional considerations, including but not limited to applicable laws, cost of living, and industry norms.
