Direct Hire/ Hybrid (2 days remote/ 3 days in office)

ARC Group is currently recruiting for an Audit Supervisor- Treasury Liquidity and Asset Liability Management for a Fortune 500 client. The department for this role is based in Boston, MA but this role is open to candidates in other locations: Charlotte, NC, Dallas, TX, New York, NY, Wilmington, DE.

Job Description: The Audit Supervisor - Treasury Liquidity and Asset Liability Management independently performs test work during complex audit activities across Lines of Business (LOBs). Key responsibilities include designing and executing audit tests, assessing business impact, recommending severity ratings, and cultivating business partner relationships. This role reports to a Director and provides objective assurance to enhance operational effectiveness and compliance with regulations by evaluating risk management, control, and governance processes. Audit activities focus on liquidity risk management, interest rate risk management, and asset liability management practices in collaboration with Treasury, Finance, and Risk divisions.

Responsibilities:



  • Develops and executes audit strategies using risk-based auditing principles, defining audit scope and leveraging automation for efficient and high-quality audits.
  • Utilizes deep product, business, and technical expertise to challenge and improve the control environment.
  • Assesses impacts on business processes, controls, and strategies to recommend severity ratings.
  • Contributes to draft audit reports and communicates audit results to business leaders.
  • Supports team development through on-the-job training and fosters an inclusive work environment.
  • Establishes strong business partner relationships, primarily with line management, to enhance business knowledge.
  • Applies innovative tools to streamline audit activities (e.g., testing).


Requirements:



  • Audit experience is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years in Audit, Risk, Business Control, Compliance, Finance, or relevant fields.
  • Working knowledge of liquidity risk management, interest rate risk management, and asset liability management practices.
  • Intermediate analytical and automation skills (SQL, SAS, Advanced Excel, Access) with the ability to execute audit test plans within a risk-based methodology.
