Administrative Assistant - Part-time

The part-time (25 hours/week) Specialized Support - Test Proctor position is responsible for the familiarity with Pearson/VUE & Certiport Software and ability to navigate their Websites, validating and verifying a candidate's identification and ensure all security procedures are followed, setting up, maintaining and testing workstations to ensure everything is working properly, working with support to correct any technical problems, creating incident reports for any problems during the normal workday, completing spreadsheet, candidate paperwork and filing at the end of the day, arrive at work promptly one hour before any testing candidates are scheduled for test, completing closing procedures at the end of the day to insure all testing candidates' results are uploaded and the testing center is securely locked up for the day, proctors' complete other duties assigned such as setting up computer labs for technology courses and installing updates to our testing workstations, and proctors' also fill in as a greeter at the receptionist desk as needed. Required to travel to Newtown, UBC (Perkasie) and the Epstein (Bristol) campuses.

Hourly Rate: $18.2639 - $19.5424 (commensurate with experience)

Position is 25 hours per week and eligible for pro-rated benefits

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma and 1 year job related experience.

  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures accurately and consistently.

  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.

  • Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced, changing environment.

  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new applications.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft office.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
