ORACLE ERP TECHNO FUNCTIONAL ANALYST (Fusion cloud Financials / HCM) - ONSITE
ARC Group is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for an experienced ERP Programmer Analyst with a background in Oracle Fusion cloud Financials to work ONSITE for our client in downtown Jacksonville, FL. We seek a talented individual who can bring their strong understanding and working expertise of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financial applications (AP, AR, GL, FA, Procurement, Project, and Grants modules) is required. You will make changes within the Fusion Cloud Financial / Oracle HCM setup, customize applications, build reports, and tests Oracle upgrades and patches.

Responsibilities:
- Makes changes within the Fusion Cloud Financial / Oracle HCM setup, customizes applications, builds reports, and tests Oracle upgrades and patches.
- Develop SOA Interfaces, design Oracle Analytics Cloud Reports and Analyses, Report Writing, PL/SQL Interfaces, OTBI Data models and BI Reports.
- Creates and manages the development of Technical Design Documents (TDD), specifications, inclusive of application architecture and software model, objects and relationships, class modules, database design, security, and data mapping.
- Participates in architectural design process and ensures that architecture is reviewed by the Oracle development team and Data Base Administrators.
- Develops code, web services, and stored procedures based upon technical design, user interface and use cases.
- Develops code for complex business modules, interface systems and conversion programs.
- Develop new components or modules to meet functionality requirements.
- Work closely with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions.
- Follow development methodologies and standards for systems design, coding, testing, implementation, maintenance, and support of applications software.
- Deliver the final product on time and within budget.
- Work in a collaborative environment with other developers, designers, testers, and project managers
- Test Roll up patches, Fusion Quarterly patches.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to operate as an ERP Analyst with strong/extensive experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financial / Oracle HCM applications
- Three or more years of experience in the Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. Experience in Fusion Cloud Financial applications (AP, AR, GL, FA, Procurement, Project, and Grants modules) is required.
- Experience in Fusion Cloud Financial applications is required (AP, AR, GL, FA, Procurement, Project, and Grants modules is a plus)
- Oracle Certification is preferred, but not required, and proof of certification must be provided.
- Experience with end-to-end implementation, configuration, personalization of pages, Forms development, report development using OTBI, XML, BI Publisher, and Oracle Reports is required.
- Experience with PL/SQL packages, database tables, views, Oracle Forms, OA Framework.
- Test the Roll up patches, Fusion Quarterly patches.
- Must be able to develop Technical Design Documents (TDD), specifications, inclusive of application architecture and software model, objects and relationships, class modules, database design, security, and data mapping.
- Must have experience developing code for complex business modules, interface systems and conversion programs.
- Must possess strong analytical skills to understand business rules, complex code and make modifications.
- Experience working in a government organization is a plus.
- Secure coding/development experience is preferred.
- Oracle Certification is preferred, but not required, and proof of certification must be provided.
