Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to join Covetrus within the FP&A organization. The Sr. Financial Analyst will be responsible for collaborating and business partnering with G&A functions, supporting CAPEX planning and analysis process, and building business case analysis to support projects. The person will directly support the Director Corporate Operations Finance with various ad hoc analysis and monthly reporting activities with analytical insights. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record supporting the business as well as the ability to navigate complex financial landscapes. We are looking for a passionate, intellectually curious, and operationally minded individual for this dynamic role.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrating a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Support the global CAPEX process including planning, sponsors project business case analysis (e.g., capital payback periods and return rates), tracking actuals and providing insightful analytics to project spending across all capital projects. Support the Director, Corporate Operations Finance with data analysis of global rollup of spending by project, by month, variance scenarios, and support of information necessary for the monthly CAPEX Committee meetings with senior leadership.
  • Business partner and financial support to the select G&A overhead functions. Responsibilities include monthly analysis of actual spending and preparation of the monthly forecast, annual business planning, business case support for investments, working with business partners to manage their spending and deliver commitments based on target expectations.
  • Support, track, and monitor potential optimization efforts across the G&A functions supported including monthly reporting and forecasting of those realized optimization efforts.

Support any efforts in utilizing or migrating to systems/processes that support optimization of reporting capabilities

Salary may vary depending on factors such as confirmed job-related skills, experience, and location.

However, the pay range for this position is as follows.

$67,100.00 - $124,500.00
