GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The Outdoor School Registered Nurse provides nursing assessments, health screenings, health Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. 2. Ability to work with very high degree of accuracy and organizational skills 3. Ability to exhibit professionalism and effective human relations 4. Ability to communicate effectively with all staff, doctors, medical facility personnel, mental health professionals, parents/families, and students 5. Ability to self-regulate emotions and have technical skills to successfully respond to emergencies 6. Ability to effectively perform in a residential work environment, five days a week 7. Confer regularly with site supervisor and/or nursing coordinator 8. Skillfully utilize educational technology and software as required by the position 9. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by participating in professional development activities Essential Functions: Include the following. Performs some or all of the following tasks.
