Schedule: First shift Pay: $18/hr Billing Specialist Responsibilities: Manage customer contracts, ensuring accurate and timely invoices Build rapport with customers, internal and external Coordinate with sales and operations to expedite transactions Monitor billing metrics and ensure professionalism and satisfaction Provide backup support to team members as needed Assist Accounts Receivable in resolving queries and expediting payments Qualifications: Experience with EDI billing in high-volume transportation billing preferred.
