Position Summary
DarkStar Intelligence is in search of a skilled Cryptologic Language Analyst (CLA) Training Developer/Instructor at Skill Level 1, responsible for crafting and delivering cryptologic training materials that accurately reflect SIGINT analyst duties while adhering to DoD and NSA/CSS training protocols. Employing a diverse range of instructional techniques, including eLearning platforms, multimedia resources, readings, case studies, and hands-on demonstrations, the chosen candidate will ensure seamless knowledge transmission in alignment with governmental guidelines.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Clarify and document customer operational requirements and training objectives.
  Assist in prioritizing requirements for training development.
• Research and leverage classified and unclassified domain-specific resources for relevant content.
• Develop training materials, including task-based exercises analysis.
• Collaborate with instructors and other stakeholders in designing domain-specific training materials.
• Utilize technology tools such as Audacity, Adobe Creative Suite, and Adobe Premier for training material development.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to obtain and develop training materials.
• Design practical evaluations to assess student mastery of learning objectives.
• Identify and recommend learning applications and tools to enhance training delivery.
• Provide technical guidance for technology-mediated learning activities and content development.
• Aggregate and analyze feedback and metrics regarding training effectiveness.
• Review and ensure compliance of materials with ISD principles and NCS guidelines.
• Meet skill level requirements for Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current TS/SCI + Poly
• Master's Degree in language, Area Studies, Education, Education Technology, ISD, Intelligence, or related discipline.
• Native capability speaker with minimum ILR proficiency level 4 in target language.
• Minimum nine (9) years experience, including five (5) years SIGINT or Intelligence Community experience as a language analyst.
• Three (3) years of experience in developing language training materials following ISD principles.
• Three (3) years of experience within the last ten (10) years in instructional systems design and skills-based instruction development.
• Proficiency in synchronous and asynchronous instructional systems design.
• Experience with web-based or distance learning teaching technologies (e.g., Centra, Blackboard, Questionmark, SumTotal).
• Alternatively, a B.A./B.S. with twelve (12) years of relevant experience may substitute for the Master's Degree.
