Overview The Program Manager, Evaluation is responsible for the overall development, management, oversight, and implementation of program evaluation activities, to include development of data collection instruments and protocols, data collection, management, and analysis, drafting of publications and reports, and dissemination activities. Develop evaluation strategies that align with program vision and goals and implement monitoring strategies to drive continuous program improvement and inform strategic plans. Network and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet evaluation needs. Make independent judgements to assess, interpret, and respond to the needs of the program. Responsibilities
Develop and implement a program evaluation strategy that includes measures of reach, process, and intermediate and long-term outcomes and aligns with program vision and goals in collaboration with program leadership.
