Marketing Summer Intern

Job Objective:

Trade Central is seeking a driven and creative Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team for the summer. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing, from digital campaigns to market research and content creation. The ideal candidate will be a proactive learner with a passion for marketing trends and analytics, eager to contribute to our team's success. This is a short- term position mid-May - mid-September. Approximately 25 - 30 hours per week.

Essential Functions:

Marketing:



  • Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer insights.
  • Support content creation for our website and social media channels.
  • Analyze marketing metrics to help measure the effectiveness of our campaigns.
  • Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.


Mail Room/Warehouse/Store:



  • Restock products in the store/warehouse and pull orders as needed.
  • Prepare orders for shipping and sort/deliver mail to Territorial Headquarters departments as needed.


Customer Service:



  • Assist customers as needed in the Trade store.
  • Answer the 800# as assigned.


Education:

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Organized and detail oriented.

Ability to meet deadlines.

Ability to prioritize responsibilities and work.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Supervisory Responsibility:

None

Work is performed in a typical office and warehouse environment.
