Pay Grade/Pay Range: Minimum: $48,600 - Midpoint: $60,800 (Salaried E7)

Department/Organization: 212701 - Special Ed and Multiple Abilities

Normal Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 4:45pm

Job Summary: The Early Intervention Program Manager runs the day-to-day operations of EI@UA (Early Intervention at UA) service program. Supervises and trains staff and contractors. Arranges contracts for therapies. Invoices the Alabama Department of Rehabilitative Services. Provides early intervention services to families with infants and toddlers with disabilities.

Required Minimum Qualifications: Master's degree and some experience working with children and families of children with disabilities.

Skills and Knowledge: Knowledge of the Routines-Based Model of Early Intervention 0-5. Familiarity with service coordination and verification per Alabama's System of Early Intervention.

Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in a field related to child development, special education, or working with families of young children.
