Job Details

Responsibilities:
Reviewing and processing weekly payroll for 125+ associates.
Review computed wages and correct errors to ensure accuracy of payroll prior to transmittal
Benefits Management - Medical Dental, Vision, Life Insurance and LTD
Assist with processing weekly payroll- time clock reconciliation, weekly/monthly bonuses.
Process PCN , provide Employee Benefit Summary
Respond to employee inquiries and requests regarding payroll and HR matters.
Maintain files of employee's payroll information
Process any disability or workmen's compensation claims
Manage daily interactions with payroll and benefit providers
Familiarity with laws regarding FLSA, FMLA, ACA , EEOC
On-boarding - Packet 1 and Packet 2
Assist in general HR administrative functions.

Qualifications:
5 years plus of processing payroll or related experience preferred.
Full time availability (this is not a work from home position)
Payroll experience with Paylocity a plus
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Proficient with Excel and Word

Salary: $55,000-$65,000 per year
