Oversees complex litigation in the eastern half of the United States through supervision of outside counsel. Proactively manages cases to drive favorable results for the insured and/or the company. Actively participates in ADR processes and manages all facets of a lawsuit from inception to conclusion. All file types are managed and all venues within the eastern United States.
Position Compensation Range: $84,000.00 - $139,000.00Pay Rate Type: SalaryCompensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Primary Accountabilities *Demonstrated ability to oversee complex litigation involving outside counsel defending complex high-risk lawsuits in state and federal courts. Licenses This position works within a combined team of adjusters and attorneys, responsible for the management and oversight of outside counsel on litigated, complex files. Candidate will ensure that counsel's performance aligns with legal strategies and that counsel delivers high-quality legal representation. Ideal candidate will have significant experience managing external counsel, making presentations to diverse audiences, and preparing concise, written reports.
