Responsibilities
- Provide patient care according to the Standards of Care defined within the Kansas Nurse Practice Act, the Kansas Department of Health and Environment and the policies and procedures of SFHC.
- Support and promote the organizational priorities.
- Effectively manage department/patient activities in a timely efficient manner to ensure the delivery of care is well-organized and proficient.
- Provide quality customer service to patients, families, coworkers, and other members of the interdisciplinary health care team to create a professional and respectful environment.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Certified as a Nurse Assistant
- Obtain CPR/BLS certification prior to providing patient care
Preferred Job Requirements:
- Prior work experience in a comparable health care setting
