THE JOB:

As a Valet Attendant, you will be part of a service-orientated team that invites guests in for an exciting yet comfortable urban adventure. Your compassionate attendance to customer needs will serve as an inspiration to teammates, and provide the kind of energized, comfortable atmosphere. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest's experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their time with us.

STARTING RATE: $12.35/hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Warmly greetall arriving guests at the Valet Entrance.
  • Providecourteous, efficient, and enthusiastic valet parking services.
  • Collect vehicle claim checksandretrieve the guest's vehiclefor their departure.
  • Accommodate guestsrequiring special assistance and aid.
  • Report issuesand/or potential problems to security or immediate supervisor.
  • Assist in regulatingthe movement and flow of vehicles.
  • Answer guest questionsabout hotel registration, restaurants, events, activities, and attractions.
  • Resolve guest problemswithin the scope of authority or refer to the supervisor on duty.
  • Report all alleged theftsor missing items to the supervisor and/or hotel security.
  • Assist bell personswith the movement of luggage as necessary.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 6 monthsof experience in a front-facing guest service role.
    • A history of positive guest interactions and conflict resolution.
  • Education:
    • High School Diploma, GEDor equivalent.
  • Personality:
    • Personableand approachable demeanor.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
  • Physical Requirements:
    • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
    • Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
  • Other Qualifications:
    • Knowledge of local area and directions to assist guests.
    • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

SCHEDULE:

*Must be able to work below shifts, to include weekends and holidays

Swing Shift: 3:00PM to 11:45PM

Grave Shift: 11:00PM to 7:45AM
