Pay Grade/Pay Range: Minimum: $53,500 - Midpoint: $66,900 (Salaried E8)

Normal Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 4:45pm

Job Summary: The Assistant Director of Enrollment Marketing develops the annual marketing plan for University student enrollment management initiatives. Works with senior management across campus to develop product marketing plans. Serves as the primary project administrator for communications within the office of Enrollment Management.

Additional Department Summary: The Assistant Director of Enrollment Marketing serves as the primary project administrator for communications within the Office of Enrollment Management (EM), which includes print and electronic communications, as well as communications within the Technolutions Slate CRM. Collaborates with EM leadership, the Division of Strategic Communications and other campus partners, to execute comprehensive marketing communications directed towards prospective and current undergraduate students. Serves as the department's communications expert providing up to date information to EM leadership and various stakeholders regarding the development and timeline of all EM communications. Ensures that all university and Enrollment Management policies are accurately reflected in the communications and ensures the on-time execution of targeted communications.

Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and four (4) years of marketing, public relations, communications, or advertising experience; OR master's degree and two (2) years of marketing, public relations, communications, or advertising experience.

Additional Required Department Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and four (4) years of marketing, public relations, communications, or advertising experience to include some university student admissions, student recruitment, education, or counseling; OR master's degree and two (2) years of marketing, public relations, communications, or advertising experience to include some university student admissions, student recruitment, education, or counseling.

Must have valid U.S. driver's license. Must be at least 19 years of age at time of hire and have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report that is in compliance with University policies. Applicants under the age of 21 will have some driving restrictions.

Preferred Qualifications: Minor in computer sciences, management information systems or related field and/or experience working with complex relational database systems. Experience with ASP forms, SQL, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Camtasia Studio.
