Normal Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 4:45pm

Job Summary: The Continuing Student Temporary Assistant is for recent UA graduates or students temporarily ineligible for student employment (due to enrolment, etc.) who are continuing the work of their student role at the University for a short-term assignment (less than one year). Performs various duties with some variety and complexity for a college or department in support of a program, project, event or other sponsored activity.

Additional Department Summary: Works with Dr. Jiaqi Gong on developing a knowledge graph database.

Required Minimum Qualifications: Some UA student employment experience performing the same work for the department.

Skills and Knowledge: Ability to work on a personal computer, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Python programming languages. Ability to follow directions. Ability to perform laboratory tasks under direct supervision of a faculty mentor.

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
