What the day will look like

Provide leadership to organize internal industry and product resources to introduce Aon's value proposition and strategic plan. Lead team selling efforts internally and with the prospects team as well as collaborative effort among members of a project team to deliver results. Work on sophisticated issues where analysis of the situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current industry trends. Additional daily responsibilities include:

  • Sell highly-valued suite of services/solutions to prospects and showcase your ability to interact with C-Suite level prospects.
  • Uncover and identify prospect needs, primary goals, and corporate and departmental objectives.
  • Plan, schedule, resource and implement large projects and programs.
  • Serve as a senior member of the production team and as a mentor or strategic advisor to emerging producers.
  • Frequently interact with senior level colleagues and prospects, frequently involving matters between different departments (i.e. - Finance and HR), other company divisions or units.
How this role is different

You will influence outcomes beyond the scope of the individual function. We will help you manage a team or play the lead role in the management of a portfolio of prospects' business. By delegating responsibility and providing mentorship to team members, your overall expertise in the corporate arena will grow and develop. Skills to be successful in the role

Five or more years of proven experience selling Risk Management solutions and/or Health & Benefits insurance products. Extensive knowledge and in-depth understanding of the insurance industry and our products and services.

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of proven experience. Active Life & Health or Property & Casualty license is preferred.

The salary range for this position is $130,000 to $247,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.

This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive production incentives in addition to base salary. The amount of any production incentives varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.

Pay Transparency Laws:

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is [$130,000 to $247,000] annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.

This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive [an annual discretionary bonus] [production incentives] in addition to base salary. The amount of any [bonus] [production incentives] varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
