These roles can provide exposure to all levels of management within the healthcare system and will help gain a broad experience throughout many levels within the organization. The Summer Enrichment Program with Main Line Health connects diverse students pursuing advanced health-related degrees with experienced administrators and other health care professionals who serve as preceptors and mentors. Offered by the American Hospital Association's Institute for Diversity and Health Equity, the Summer Enrichment Program is designed to expand health care leadership opportunities for ethnically, culturally and racially diverse individuals.

Position: Intern
Shift: Full Time, 40 hours/week - 8 hour day shift Monday - Friday

Experience:
1. Proficient use of PC-based applications such as Windows, MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Relational Databases (i.e. MS Access, SQL, Oracle).
2. Ability to organize data in a meaningful way preferred.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education:
1. Pursuing a Master's degree in Health Administration or Public Health is required
2. Bachelors degree required
