Job Summary

The Sales Support Analyst, through interaction with Sales Executives and Brokers (third party vendors) supports the Third-Party sales team in achieving team quota goals. Primarily, analyst will facilitate closing of highly profitable energy deals for TXU Energy. Additionally, analyst is responsible for helping resolve post-close setup and service issues, assists with Salesforce data analytics, and manages projects/campaigns driving increased sales. Sales Support Analyst also manages team processes, continually collaborating with management to improve efficiency.

Job Description

Key Accountabilities

*Collaborate with Third Party Sales Executives on activities that help meet or exceed team sales and customer service objectives.
*Facilitate systematic processing of energy deals by analyzing customer historical energy usage, creating pricing quotes, developing proposals, and closing commodity contracts.
*Accountable for data accuracy, deadline management.
*Manage team processes with skill, collaborate with management to suggest and implement process improvements.
*Understands and adheres to all sales policies.

Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements

*2+ years of job-related experience supporting sales teams preferred
*Experience gained through college degree programs and/or certifications is applicable to above skills.
*Ability to solve problems through critical thinking required.
*Strong communication, analytical, and negotiating skills.
*Capacity to work independently with little supervision.
*Ability to integrate and thrive in a team setting.
*HS Diploma or equivalency required.

Key Metrics

*Team Quota: Assist Third Party team in activities driving the origination of assigned team sales goals. Operate as a backup Sales Executive, when needed.
*Salesforce & Reporting: Ensure all pricing, contracting, and reporting activities are accurate and timely.
*Portfolio Management: Manage Channel Partner onboarding process, including broker agreement negotiations. Maintain master partner list across Vistra brands.
*Teamwork: Manage team email box, maintain approachability and positive attitude, own and deliver delegated tasks.
*Suggest and implement process improvements resulting in improved deal flow, renewal retention, and win rates.
