As a Provider Outreach and Engagement Specialist, you play a pivotal role in this mission by engaging with healthcare organizations and inviting them to become part of a transformative healthcare initiative.

This role is about more than just communication, it's about building relationships, understanding the unique needs of each provider, and presenting opportunities for them to contribute to a significant improvement in veteran care. Through strategic outreach, you'll identify and engage with potential program participants, facilitating their journey from initial contact to full integration into our network. You Have:

• Experience in facilitating meetings and discussions with decision-makers to achieve buy-in and collaboration

• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholder groups, including making initial contact and nurturing professional relationships

• Ability to convey the benefits of complex programs to potential partners

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience with coordinating communication and activities between multiple stakeholder groups or 5+ years of experience with coordinating communication and activities between multiple stakeholder groups in lieu of a degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with outreach, networking, or partnership development, including healthcare

• Experience with VA community care networks or military and veteran healthcare systems

• Experience with business development in healthcare

• Experience with Salesforce

• Ability to work independently and navigate through challenges to reach targeted goals

• Possession of excellent analytical, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills

• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including persuasive communication and encouraging change and participation among varied audiences
