Requisition Summary

The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for the timely processing of accounts receivable invoices including tire rebills, franchise fees, and other intercompany receivable transactions. This position works closely with franchises on a daily basis to ensure re-bills are processed in a timely manner and assists with month-end closing process.

Job Functions / Responsibilities
  • Process miscellaneous accounts receivable invoices for PACCAR Leasing (PLC) Corporate and PACCAR Financial Services (PFC)
  • Reconcile daily bank activity reports
  • Record and maintain intercompany transactions with PFC via Short-term Advance (STA) spreadsheet
  • Maintain accounts payable vendors for both PLC & PFC
  • Prepare month-end journal entries and various account reconciliations
  • Maintain billing for franchise locations and revenue fees
  • Research billing related issues and provide accounts receivable customer support
  • Other duties as assigned
Skills / Competencies
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem solving skills
  • Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
  • Proficient PC skills, including Word, Excel and 10-key by touch
  • Must be flexible and have the ability to work well independently
  • A/R and A/P Software basic knowledge a plus
Qualification
  • Minimum 2 years of accounts receivable or accounting related experience.
  • High school diploma required.
  • College degree and general accounting experience desired
