TEMP BPO Senior Representative

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Working with a team of specialists dedicated to one of our manufacturer partners to provide reimbursement support services.
  • Have direct interaction with the manufacturer client to provide case statuses and updates.
  • Debt Management Team-Call Center
  • Quality Customer Service- Inquiries to be made primarily by telephone but also through written format (email, mail, fax, etc.)
  • Provides accurate information in a helpful, collaborative manner to callers through thorough knowledge of client products, policies and procedures.
  • Captures and documents customer feedback.
  • Receives, resolves, and routes complaints as defined by department policy, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Interacts with other client staff to resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and problems, particularly in Debt Management Services.
