The Senior Transformation Partner plays an integral role in helping to define the future of WorldStrides and drives critical business initiatives by directly partnering with leaders across the Company. Furthermore, the role contributes to WorldStrides' success by collaboratively driving strategic initiatives, providing leadership support to ensure successful project execution focused on process optimization, growth strategies and improving the customer journey. Bachelor's degree in business, systems engineering or in a relevant field of study preferred or equivalent combination of education; at least eight (8) years progressive strategy and operations experience. Physical Conditions and Nature of Work: Employee is subject to inside environmental conditions, protection from weather conditions. Nature of work is primarily sedentary: walking (1 hour daily), standing (1 hour daily), and light lifting (0 - 15lbs); no environmental hazards indicated for this classification. Eligible |
