Overview LMI seeks a Contract Specialist to support a federal program management office within Customs and Border Protection (CBP) in the National Capital Region. Responsibilities You will be instrumental in guiding the acquisition strategy with an eye toward contracting that streamlines awards for the latest technological advancements in border security products. You will apply modernized processes and practices aligned with emerging technologies for maximum agility and efficiency to accommodate dynamic requirements.
Perform market research on the latest systems supply chain management techniques to support development of new program concepts for system deployment or maintenance.
Qualifications Senior: Minimum of a Master's Degree and 10 or more years work experience in acquisition OR a Bachelor's Degree and 18+ years work experience in acquisition/contracting. OR Mid-Level: Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree and 3-10 years work experience in acquisition/contracting.
