The Project Manager Position II directs and manages the processes and activities of Distributed Solar & Battery Storage projects that carry medium risk and financial impact within the Commercial and Industrial space, generally between 200kW and 5 MW and inclusive of both PSE- owned assets and Power Purchase/ Tolling Agreements. Manages and executes projects with a clearly defined scope of work, which may involve multiple internal customers or departments, as well as external customers. Coordinates and communicates tasks with other departments such as Engineering, Real Estate, Environmental, Permitting and System Planning. Drafts medium complexity contracts, monitor contracts and contractors. Supports construction related activities of infrastructure installation or replacement. Upholds the safety compliance standards inherent in PSE's operating and/or field procedures related to work responsibilities. Promotes and supports a culture of total safety. Demonstrates commitment to conduct business honestly, ethically and consistent with our core values and Code of Conduct. The pay range for this position is$76,500.00-$127,200.00, and this position is eligible for annual goals based incentive bonuses. PSE offers a suite of benefits to our employees.
