Connect with NRG on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and X. Job Summary: NRG Energy is actively seeking a Risk Analyst to join its Enterprise Risk and Governance team. The ideal candidate will collaborate with Risk Managers to create and revise policies, controls, and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) documents. This role also involves crafting executive committee presentations, dashboards, and illustrations to convey reporting metrics, as well as undertaking ad hoc projects as necessary. Additionally, the Analyst will engage with counterparts from various departments, including Compliance, Audit, Sales, Trading, Risk, Accounting, IT, Pricing, and Legal personnel. The Enterprise Risk and Governance team plays a pivotal role within NRG's Risk Management group, operating under the purview of the company's Chief Risk Officer. Responsibilities
