As a Principal Data Platform Product Manager within the Enterprise Data Office, you will be a key leader in the Data Platform team, an established team within Capital Group driving the implementation of industry-leading data management products and capabilities. You will drive, define, manage, and deliver a portfolio of critical data platform products that accelerate data time to market, significantly improve data accessibility, enable effective data governance, improve data quality, and deliver a data self-service experience for key personas across the firm. We're looking for an ambitious, creative, attentive, and resilient product leader that can solve difficult and broad data problems, working with a variety of stakeholders across business, technology, operations, privacy, risk. The product leader will oversee a team of product managers, UX designers and will partner with engineers and other product leaders to deliver our platform product suite. Additionally, this product leader is responsible for owning the strategic narrative that stakeholders and customers look to as their "North Star". Evangelism, transparent management of progress, and competitive intelligence are all tools that this product leader uses to keep all relevant resources aligned and marching toward the "North Star". Southern California Base Salary Range: $193,464-$328,889 In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
