Job Overview Individual will powder coat and/or paint a wide range of products. A Day In The Life Responsible for operation of powder coat/paint system; including, loading powder/paint, spraying powder/paint, hanging and unhanging un-coated products, and operation of ovens. Responsible for performing powder coat/paint setup; including, changing powders/paints, adjustments to powder/paint handgun, etc. Responsible for conformance with quality specifications. Ability to assist others in performing powder coating/painting, trouble shooting, and maintenance activities. Ability to assist in training others on operation and setup of powder coat/paint operations What will help you thrive in this role?
