Job Summary:

The Agency Channel (Market) Sales Coach (MSC) will be responsible for supporting Market Sales Associates (MSAs), providing sales technique coaching, driving each producer's performance, and collaborating directly with the Market Sales Associate Manager and key partners. The MSC will also ensure sales approaches and techniques are within compliance, enhance MSA-generated leads, shape effective conversation flows both in lead generation and selling, and sharing reporting measurement support to drive results within each marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develops and executes complex strategies to coach and support MSAs within all avenues of the sales process from approach, to contact, and sales through onboarding
* Acts as a subject matter expert, identifying ongoing opportunities for employee producer development, providing coaching to employee producers to further drive results through multiple avenues by capitalizing on marketing within their local areas
* Provides necessary updates to MSA Managers. Producer Design and Optimization Team and Go to Market Delivery leadership to engage timely support for the success of all MSAs
* Onboarding of new MSAs, with support both in assigned Markets and countrywide
* Collaborates with other areas of responsibilities, including but not limited to: marketing, technology, education, etc., and meets each project's deadline while executing multiple projects at a time, completing other assigned responsibilities as given
* Creates a goal-oriented, positive, and engaging work environment and fosters a culture of empowerment and inclusive diversity
* Creates and drives results through Key Performance Indicators and coaching through performance metrics to identify gaps for opportunity, but also areas driving a greater result

Supervisory Responsibilities:
This job does not have supervisory duties.
Education and Experience:

* 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)

* 3 or more years of experience (Preferred)

* In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

* Property & Casualty and Life & Health Licenses (Preferred) - if you do not hold this license, you will need to obtain after hire

Functional Skills:

* Knowledge of Allstate s P&C and FS products

* Familiarity with P&C and FS industry, including competitors and trends

* Possesses process development and implementation skills

* Knowledge and experience in business, knowledge of the functions around sales and operations
* Advanced written and communication skills. Includes presentation, business writing, negotiation, motivation, and relationship management
* Strong ability to influence other to persuade best courses of action
* Ability to successfully drive and adapt to change
* Management experience in a team-oriented workplace preferred
* Proficient computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
* Ability to effectively prioritize and manage time

Compensation offered for this role is$70,500.00-$125,625.00 per yearand is based on experience and qualifications.
