Low carbon energy initiatives include commercialization of TETRA PureFlow, an ultra-pure zinc bromide clear brine fluid for stationary batteries and energy storage; advancing an innovative carbon capture utilization and storage technology with CarbonFree to capture CO2 and mineralize emissions to make commercial, carbon-negative chemicals; and development of TETRA's lithium and bromine mineral acreage to meet the growing demand for oil and gas products and energy storage.

Essential Duties:



  • General correspondence with customers, suppliers, contractors, and corporate personnel
  • Provides TETRA purchasing with setup information for new suppliers and vendors
  • Generates weekly and monthly raw materials purchase orders for all plant supplies and products
  • Orders parts and supplies from suppliers and vendors
  • Orders and communicates requested loading dates with TETRA transportation
  • Receives against all non-stock, stock and capital purchase orders
  • Completes forms for TETRA accounting to setup stock inventory items
  • Closes and cancels old open purchase orders
  • Reviews daily customer shipment paperwork
  • Reviews daily operations log sheets
  • Organize and maintain general plant files and supplier and vendor invoices
  • Performs a variety of daily and monthly tasks in the E-1 system
  • Review monthly general transaction reports
  • Assist manager with annual budgeting process
  • Assist manager with other assigned tasks and projects
  • Enter bi-weekly payroll time into UltiPro and generate reports
  • Work with TETRA customer service on issues with customer shipment confirmation
  • Assist TETRA customer service with information requests for customers and audits


Requirements:



  • EDUCATION: High School Degree or General Education Degree (GED)
  • EXPERIENCE: 3+ years' experience
  • TRAVEL: 0%
  • OTHER: Bilingual in Spanish and English
