Essential Functions:

• Consulting Acumen. It is essential that consultants have experience managing multiple customers to help them achieve outcomes, and that they have the emotional intelligence that makes a good consultant, along with self-awareness around that intelligence such that a resident can teach it to others. Persuasive arguments and engagement-level leadership skills are a must.

• Leadership. Leverage strategic thinking and the ability to understand the market, our customers and our environment to help us focus on the right work and to approach everything from the customer's perspective. Residents are the activators who drive us to dive in with an eye toward getting to real value quickly.

• Trusted Advisor. You are viewed - and sought out - as a source of valued advice and support by clients and coworkers. Simply put, they trust their resident and value your advice.

• Facilitation Skills. Whether we are teaching a class, guiding analysis design, or supporting critical conversations, Residents take a strong facilitation approach to everything they do. It is essential Residents are a strong and experienced facilitator.

• Creative Problem Solving. Residents see a problem as an opportunity to grow and are motivated to find solutions, thereby focusing on growth and achieving positive results.

  Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree

• 8+ years of experience in Clarity consulting

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is $91,200 - $152,000

This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
