National Sales Director

National Sales Director (NSD), the driving force behind strategy, performance, and financial success. Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for the success of our client's program overseeing a team of first line managers and sales representative to meet and exceed sales deliverables and client objectives
  • Work strategically with our clients leading sales teams to surpass revenue targets.
  • Analyze market trends for growth opportunities.
  • Manage budgets, report to sr. leadership, and implement strategic plans.
  • Foster teamwork and shared goals among team members.
  • Evaluate territory performance and ensure compliance.
  • Oversee EEO compliant hiring processes and maintain technical expertise.
  • Not all inclusive and other responsibilities as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required
  • Minimum 10 years pharmaceutical industry experience desired
  • Prior successful specialty pharmaceutical sales experience needed
  • 3+ years higher performing pharmaceutical leadership experience (5+ preferred) on a regional or national level required
  • Proven leadership, strategic, and analytical skills.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent judgement and decisive
  • Budget management experience, aligning strategies with objectives.
  • Biologics experience a plus
  • Launch experience nice to have.
  • Experience and working proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, and digital meeting platforms.
  • Residence near a major airport desired
  • Ability and willingness to travel nationally as needed required.
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccine at the time of hire is required
  • US driver's license with safe driving record required
