Position Overview

TruGreen is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. As the Social Media Manager at TruGreen, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our online presence, fostering community engagement, and driving brand demand through compelling content and impactful campaigns. You will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies that resonate with our target audience, utilizing various social media platforms to strengthen our brand identity, drive demand and promote our services.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and curate engaging and visually appealing content across multiple social media platforms.
  • Create multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, aligned with TruGreen's brand voice and values.
  • Collaborate with external agencies to ensure cohesive and impactful campaign and creative execution.
  • Plan and execute effective social media content to drive brand awareness and demand for TruGreen's services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with broader marketing and business objectives.
  • Utilize trending topics to enhance the visibility of TruGreen in the online space.
  • Foster a sense of community among TruGreen's audience by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments, and participating in relevant conversations.
  • Implement strategies to grow and strengthen TruGreen's social media community.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and content.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to guide future social media strategies.


Education and Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, economics, or a related field.
  • Proven track record with 7+ years managing social media channels and strategy


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Proven ability to increase and sustain high levels of engagement across social media channels.
  • Ability to enhance brand visibility and maintain positive sentiment through effective social media strategies.
  • Proven instances of content virality and the ability to create shareable and resonant posts.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles and the ability to ensure creative assets align with brand messaging.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Creative thinking combined with a results-driven mindset.
  • Articulate communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience establishing and maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels, with both internal stakeholders and external partners

Pay Ranges
$65,979.00 - $109,965.00

This range is based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. In addition to monetary compensation, we offer benefits, including Medical/Dental/Vision insurance and Company-matching 401(k) in addition to other programs and perks.
