Performs skilled SMT and or microelectronics assembly work under the limited supervision of senior technical personnel (exempt and nonexempt).
Draper employees are trained to J-STD-001, IPC-WHMA-A-620 and IPC-7711/7721. Previous experience with these standards or a current certification is valued. Experienced hand soldering professionals are needed. Qualifications Either two years of applicable technical education and two years of applicable experience or four years of applicable experience meets the minimum requirement.
