To strengthen our team in Ann Arbor, we are looking for you as a(n) Compensation Specialist. As a critical member of the HR team, the Compensation Specialist is a key support for the compensation function and works with the Compensation Manager to partner with senior management to ensure that compensation strategy and programs support the organization's business objectives to attract and retain top talent, meet all legal requirements, and deliver value and equitable pay. This position will also provide support for HR projects and will collaborate with the COEs, Payroll team, HR business partners, and global Compensation as well as external resources for legal compliance and competitive information.
