UC Riverside's Dining Services is recruiting for a Manager, Residential Restaurant. The full salary range for the Manager, Residential Restaurant is $54,200 - $93,200 annually. However, the expected pay scale for this position is up to $73,700 annually. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.
Under the general direction of the Senior Manager, the Manager plans, organizes, manages, and directs the total day-to-day activities, work, customer service, and maintenance/custodial functions in a Dining Services Retail or Residential Facility. The Manager participates in the preparation of the annual budget and leads the daily monitoring of the unit budget to ensure proper fiscal controls with an emphasis on food and labor. The Manager supervises the ordering, receiving, storage, and issuing of all assigned products. Develops methods of creatively merchandising and displaying foods to generate revenue. The Manager participates in the selection, training, supervision, and performance evaluation of assigned staff. May be required to oversee other Retail or Residential Facilities for a limited time including Senior Cooks, Cooks, Storekeepers, Custodians, and Sr. Food Service Workers.
