Job Description Summary This is a tremendous opportunity for a stellar senior leader who will serve as a critical member of the senior management team. Reporting to the CEO and working in close collaboration with the President of Solutions division, the SVP, Policy will strategize with senior leaders organization-wide to develop and implement a refined policy platform that will advance the strategic priorities of Enterprise Community Partners ("Enterprise"); drive a bold and new policy expansion in housing supply, climate, homelessness and rental assistance in concert with other industry leaders and policy makers; and oversee a high functioning policy and research team, solidifying a bi-partisan policy agenda and promoting bold advocacy at the federal, state and local levels. The SVP, Policy will provide mentoring, guidance, supervision, and professional development to staff as the policy team is the largest in the country, with 14 people on the federal policy team and another 14 state and local policy staff reporting directly to the markets across the country. The team will expand in 2024 to include 4 new positions: 2 state and local policy staff, a leader on homelessness policy and a leader on climate policy.Job Description Specifically, The Senior Vice President, Public Policy will:

The salary range for this position is represented by the low and high end of the range for the amount to be paid for the position. Salaries paid at Enterprise will vary based on factors that may include skills, education, location, experience, and performance.
