Postdoctoral Research Associate - Materials Science/Electrical Engineering/ Textile Engineering/Chemical Engineering

General Summary of Position:

The Postdoctoral Research Associate will work closely with faculty, graduate students, and undergraduate students to carry out research on sensors, heating and thermoelectric elements integrated electronic textiles, as well as develop a textile framework for carrying power and data. The research will be conducted under the direction of the Principal Investigators (PIs). This position is contingent upon funding.

Minimum Qualifications (Required):

Education:



  • Must have a Ph.D. in Textile Engineering/Material Science/Chemical Engineering/Electrical Engineering

This position is contingent upon funding. The initial appointment will be for one year with a possibility of renewal based on productivity, successful performance and the availability of funding.
