As a Data Governance Analyst, you will play a hands-on role to propose, apply, and drive the adoption of Enterprise Data Governance standards to ensure accuracy, correct usage, certified data health, and issue resolution for critical data such that the data has clear accountability, and robust processes and controls in place so that it is fit for use. In the role, you will facilitate the adoption of enterprise data governance policies, processes, practices and procedures within Lines of Business, data product teams and initiatives, including the facilitation of the certification process for critical data as well as the creation and maintenance of the enterprise business glossary within Collibra. You will facilitate data governance issue analysis and solutioning, as well as manage small to medium data governance projects. You will be able cultivate relationships with the business, technology, and architecture teams to drive alignment to data governance frameworks in the delivery of foundational data excellence in Capital's data products. You will actively support the data steward community and work closely with Line of Business (LOB), Enterprise Data Office (EDO) and IT teams. "I am the person Capital Group is looking for."
Southern California Base Salary Range: $92,423-$147,877 In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
