The Director of Facility Operations manages the operations, maintenance, and repair of the College's primary Utility Systems at the Newtown, Perkasie, Bristol and Croydon campuses. This includes but is not limited to, (HVAC) Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Associated Control System. Plumbing, Electrical, Domestic Hot and Cold-Water Systems, Sanitary and Storm Water Systems. This position is also responsible for the design, retrofit, repair and preventative maintenance of associate equipment. Primary Job Duties:
