Description
Purpose and Scope The Inside Sales Specialist (ISS) is responsible for supporting existing field sales for the Men's Health business unit. The Inside Sales Specialist builds relationships and provides product detailing to customers over the phone and other electronic communication tools by compliantly utilizing approved job aides. They are responsible for increasing sales with healthcare practices across the nation in white-space territories and meeting sales metrics. The ISS also supports other operational and marketing initiatives as needed. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Compensation and Benefits
The hourly pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between ($25-$28 per hour); however, while salary ranges are effective from 1/1/24 through 12/31/24, fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges during this period. Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to geographical location, experience level, knowledge, skills and abilities.
