Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Director, the Wound Care RN performs the primary function of Registered Nurse in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the care of patients at the Advanced Wound Center (AWC). The RN will primarily provide patient care and handles intake and discharge processes for the Wound Care Center patients as scheduled. This position may also serve as Case Manager to a group of assigned Wound Care patients, as assigned and depending on the Wound Care Center setup.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and color vision.


Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program
  • ADN or BSN
  • Oklahoma or applicable Multi-state RN license (upon hire)
  • BLS (upon hire)
  • Minimum of 2 years medical/surgical experience

Preferred Job Requirements:

  • Wound Care Certification or experience preferred.
  • ACLS Preferred
  • PALS Preferred
