Greater Baltimore Medical Center (GBMC) Gastroenterology Division is currently seeking a full-time Gastroenterologist with expertise in general GI diseases and interest in motility and functional bowel disorders. Situated in an area north of Baltimore city, GBMC is a leading community-based hospital staffed by exceptionally trained generalist and specialist physicians and equipped with modern facilities, including the new Louis and Phyllis Friedman Patient Tower, the Simulation Innovation Learning Center, and upcoming Cancer center.

The Gastroenterology division consists of 5 experienced Gastroenterologists and 3 advanced practitioners who cover the full spectrum of gastroenterology and hepatology. Gastroenterology care is provided in our state-of-the-art Endoscopic Kroh Center for Digestive Disorders (and nearby ambulatory endoscopy center center), and dedicated Gastroenterology office space.

This role offers opportunities for teaching internal medicine residents and engaging in clinical research.

We have the largest comprehensive community cancer program in the Baltimore region. We are amid a capital project creating a new home for our growing, multidisciplinary, nationally recognized cancer center.
