I. JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:

Under direct supervision, according to defined procedures and established schedules, performs a variety of kitchen, cafeteria, sanitation, and tray line activities.

Education	High School Diploma or Equivalent Work Experience
Experience	3 months experience, preferred
Skills	* Ability to work well under time constraints and to work effectively as a team member.
Licensures, Certifications
Physical Requirements	* Ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail. * Ability to stand for approximately sixty percent of work time. * Ability to push and pull weights of up to fifty pounds Ability to operate machinery
Working Conditions	* Works in kitchen, dish room, Cafe, Dining Room, under generally comfortable conditions. Periodic exposure (approximately twenty percent of work time) to uncomfortably warm temperatures and noise in dish room or cold temperatures while entering refrigerator or freezer. * Occasional exposure to burns from hot food or dishes. * Occasional exposure to equipment that may be hot
