SUMMARY: Manage APBS Sales Consultants and all aspects of the sales activities in the designated APBS market.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Coach and develop a sales team that meets objectives, cooperates on team basis, and learns from individual successes. Including sales ride-along visits with Sales Consultants.
  • Drive sales performance to achieve annual sales and customer satisfaction goals for location. Track sales metrics, monitor results, and analyze for corrective action.
  • Conducts one-on-one meetings with Sales Consultants to review sales activity results and establish corrective plans as needed. Conduct Sales meetings that include plan reviews, product knowledge and role playing.
  • Deliver On-going training and teach our sales process by modeling the core behaviors. Provide communication and clarity around our sales process system.
  • Develop annual sales goals for sales team, by territory and Sales Consultant. Establish and maintain annual sales budget. Create and maintain the trade target list, and execute account assignment / reassignment to sales team.
  • Manage showroom activities such as coverage of showroom business hours and customer meetings, cleanliness of premises and displays. Host builder/ architectural aggregation events for key customers and targets. Work with marketing to maximize marketing expense to generate sufficient inquiry/opportunity/quote rate.
  • Participate, as a team member, with the APBS Leadership Team and other managers in providing the best operational results and to insure alignment to organizational goals and direction.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Four-year degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of two years of proven sales management experience. Window / door dealership sales experience a plus

SALARY INFORMATION:
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. In addition to your pay, Andersen Corporation currently offers benefits such as comprehensive health benefits, 401k contribution, paid time off, 8 paid standard holidays, plus 2 floating holidays, a robust employee Wellbeing program, as well as profit sharing (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).

In 2023, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
