Job Summary
Job Summary

Under the direction and supervision of the District's Director of Educationally Related Intensive Counseling Services or designee, provides crisis mitigation services and social-emotional-behavioral interventions consistent with student IEP goals and program curriculum to assigned sites and students. Works in collaboration with other staff to develop measurable goals, apply knowledge of psychological and social work theories, and create a positive learning experience for secondary grade levels.

A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Education, or a related field. Enrollment in a Master's level graduate program in Psychology, Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field. Student accumulating field-work hours. Valid California driver's license.
In lieu of one of the licenses and certificates requirements noted above, the applicant must demonstrate he/she has reasonable expectation to qualify upon completion of the current semester.
