A DAY IN THE LIFE: * Finding ways to help your team and customers that exceed expectations. * Cleaning and stocking as you go to maintain an orderly work zone. * Time spent engaging with customers in the window or cafe. * Preparing quality and accurate product in an efficient manner. * Accepting deliveries and organizing inventory. * Completing operational aids and checklists.
