Recipe For Success:

* Retrieves sales orders and creates production schedule, ensuring that the correct products are scheduled to meet the needs of the sales orders on-time and in-full ensuring optimal changeover frequencies.

* Accountable for the collection, analysis, and entry of production data into the database, ensuring accuracy by investigating and resolving any discrepancies. Reports and provides data to functional and line teams for review and to drive continuous improvement.

* Ensures that documentation is filed appropriately according to SQF requirements and that they are always audit-ready.

* Participates in continuous improvement activities with Production team to help achieve bakery objectives.

* Maintains and updates daily associate rosters, tracking vacation, leave and holidays.

What You're Made Of:

* High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree in Business or higher preferred.

* 2-5 years of experience in Production Control or related field.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work within cross-functional teams.

* Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office products and ERP/MRP systems.
