Adheres to accepted ethical standards, as described by the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapy (CAMFT) and/or the American Psychological Association (APA) for the practice of Marriage and Family Therapy, Professional Counseling, Clinical Social Work, or Clinical Psychology. Requirements / Qualifications Requirements / Qualifications Valid California Board of Behavioral Sciences Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) Associate number; or valid California Board of Behavioral Sciences Associate Clinical Social Worker (ASW) number; or valid California Board of Behavioral Sciences Professional Clinical Counselor (PCC) Associate number; or current Psy.D. or Ph.D. student accumulating pre-doctoral hours or recent doctoral degree recipient accumulating post-doctoral hours toward licensure. Valid California driver's license. In lieu of one of the licenses and certificates requirements noted above, the applicant must demonstrate he/she has reasonable expectation to qualify upon completion of the current semester.
